This is the worst dealership around. There is always an issue when we bring your vehicle in for service. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Recently my daughter’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid broke down. We had it towed to Universal Hyundai because of the reviews but I’m here to say DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. She is an impressionable 19 year old woman and we trusted the reviews. When they called her to give her the quote, it was almost $2600 for a broken water pump and they said they wouldn’t even turn it on to see if anything else was wrong with it before the broken water pump. If this dealer Just understand in service department to Honor appointments. my first experience, service recall on my palisade, went there and getting the advise of service did an oil change on top of the curtain recall. the end of the day pay for an oil change I did not need, and a second appointment for the recall because did not have the part I was called in first place. today Appointment 9:45 on time by 11:45 my vehicle was not even out of parking lot, so I took my palisade and left.

I have been going to this location for my car services for a time now. Enjoyed my service at first- staff was very helpful. My most recent experience has been miserable. My car paint has been chipping off and they took pictures to see what they can do. Did inform me due the holidays this could take up to three weeks. I was okay with that as I understand the process.
