My visit with Dr. Asad and his team was excellent! From start to finish I felt seen and heard and received great feedback and education on the topics we discussed. Information provided was thorough and helpful. I am so appreciative for the team's friendliness and medical competence. I highly recommend this practice.
While I seem to be an outlier here, I feel the need to share my experience with Dr. Hessler and the staff. I had made an appointment with her at the request of my ENT who highly recommended her as a headache specialist. I get to my appointment, she has a medical student do the intake (not an issue) and after he’s finished, he had told me she’d be right in. Scheduling was a breeze and the ability to check in through my phone before arriving. As soon as I signed in and sat down my daughter’s name was called immediately. No wait in the exam room. Kenneth was amazing and appreciated the time he took helping to figure out my daughter’s issues with headaches almost daily. He offered options and explained in detail what the possible issues were. Would highly recommend this company. Also the front desk was kind and helpful.
I simply can not say enough about the doctors and staff here. They consistently go above and beyond for their patients advocating for their healthcare and even staying after hours to ensure every patient gets treated. Angelo and his team have offered me such superior care that I would recommend them to anyone who might be at the end of their rope. Don’t give up and make an appointment ASAP.
At least in terms of patient interface (and I suspect he is also top-notch clinically) I can’t recall having a better health-care experience anywhere than with George, the PA who does the nerve conduction tests. His job requires him to literally shock people. But I left thinking he’d be a good guy to have a beer with. Very, very good with people and keeping you relaxed.
