Universal nails is my jam. I enjoy going there to get my nails done. It took me awhile to find a place with dip that I really liked. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And it's very clean. They have a ton of colors and styles to choose from. I'm not so adventurous and just do solid dip colors but am always happy with each appointment 😁
I love Universal Nails!! I've been going there since they opened. Cindy always is accommodating with appointments. Shop is clean, relaxing and friendly. Always schedule my next appointment at time of current appointment. Saves us both time. We text night before appointment to verify appointment. No complaints here. 🩷

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the salon refunded or waived charges when issues were raised. On my first visit, Cindy did my nails; there was a misunderstanding about the nail shape, but she refunded me, which I appreciated. Problems arose during my second visit with Mie. While doing my nails, she brought up inappropriate topics, including a disturbing claim that Justin Bieber became bisexual after being raped by a man.
