Stick to what they say they will do. I bought a car and they agreed in writing to have hood painted because paint was peeling on the hood. They paid someone who lives in a small camper behind a vegetable stand to do the job and he painted my hood a different color. The owner lied to me about transmission that cost me $1200 bucks he also said he would get my key back from painter or get me another one and didn’t. I just moved back to Charleston a month ago. My car that I was driving went out on me so me and my dad went out shopping around for something dependable and reasonably priced. After about 3 Saturday’s of shopping around and 9 or so dealerships I ended up purchasing a 2009 Nissan Maxima. The staff was super honest and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at an affordable price.
While away at college the engine in my car gave out and it would cost me more to replace it than the car was worth. I was strapped for cash and in a bind for time, but desperately in need of a vehicled. I went to Universal Motors with a long list of necessities and very little cash. The owners did all they could to find me a vehicle that matched my high standards and fell within my budget. I was back on the road in no time in a vehicle I trusted. I'm forever grateful for their hard work and customer service.
