Seems to be a place that discriminate against home school diplomas from a legal school in nc. I think discrimination is sad from a mental health organization that contracts with or get money from the state, medicare medicade etc. This is only a start more info to follow, if this isnt true i hope someone proves the apparent evidence i was told is wrong and i will gladly change my opinion. cecil mitchell
