Universal Mental Health Services offers outstanding and compassionate care. I've had the pleasure of working with Lavar Reynolds and his team at UMH. The staff is very supportive, and the SMART Recovery program he facilitates is empowering and effective. There are also other programs for kids, adolescents, and adults depending on their needs. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality mental health support.

I can't appreciate Mr. Reynolds enough for his guidance and advice as a counselor and getting me through a challenging experience in my life. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to in his field. I learned alot from him that I can pass on to my kids ,family and friends if they ever need anything or I can definitely refer him to you if you Going through a situation where you may need mental health to some degree, but thank you again for everything.
