WORST EXPERIENCE EVER My experience with Dr. Smith Joseph was extremely disappointing. The visit was rushed, he interrupted constantly, and my concerns were dismissed with no real explanation or interest. I left without answers, without a plan, and without any sense that my health mattered. Trust and communication are fundamental in healthcare, and this experience failed completely on both. This was unacceptable. I strongly recommend seeking another provider.
