This is going to be a different review. I had the opportunity to sort of meet Adam through driving in the Kingston area. I'm from out of town and work for the provincial government. Navigating the area and fighting heavy traffic there was only one person that showed courtesy out of hundreds of vehicles to allow traffic to make turns out of a very congested area. We are a grassroots non-profit and we needed a sink installed in order to meet public health requirements. Universal were amazingly quick and efficient, and very kind. I highly recommend if you need plumbing services.
Chris is very Unprofessional and don't take blame for other things he damaged in trying to fix what he was there to do what a joke. Never recommend this company again. Chris would be last guy I would ever recommend to even ppl I don't like. Thanks
I've used this company's services for years now. They are always professional and timely. I've mainly used them for plumbing, although I've also called them for other issues such as clogged vents and broken furnace. They are fast and their work is fantastic. They've also referred me to very good people when I need help with an issue that they don't deal with, so I just call them whenever something breaks.
