I want to say a huge "Thank you" to the Universal Mechanical company and crew for the outstanding company you all are! We have used Univeral Mechanical for at least 10 of our own building projects, as well as worked side by side as skilled trade contractors for numerous project builds by other GC's...Always appreciate the knowledge, the timeliness of their work, as well as addressing any changes or adjustment needed to wrap up the projects. Highly recommended!
Worked on our new construction. Hit our wall in many many spots and damaged our brand new flooring in multiple spots while installing our furnace, an acknowledgement of the damage would have been nice at the least. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this buisness

Left an integral part of the heating system, that they Installed in my home, out! I asked George no less than three times to finish the job and he agreed to, but never showed up. I went to their place of business and spoke to a "Brandi" she stated that the bid the builder agreed to didn't include a condensation pump, now when I use the A/C my utility room floods with water. Integrity is not in there vocabulary.
