We used them to clean three of our rooms and they did an excellent job. The guy who came out was very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. We had old carpets that had lots of spots and pet messes from previous years, and he did a great job removing them. I definitely recommend them and we will definitely use them in the future!
The gentleman that cleaned them was extremely nice and the lady I talked to on the phone was so helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Recently buying a new house the carpets were dirty looking we were going to replace the carpet but decided to get them cleaned to see if it made a difference the carpets look brand new did such an amazing job and the house smells so fresh. Will use universal again!
We have older pups and was gone for a bit, not returning at a decent time. Used Universals Pet Stain remover and had amazing results! Even used it on a stain I was afraid had set in and it still worked. This is my new go-to in case of an accident!
