Called in this morning to ask hours for DOT drug tests. They simply told me they’re open until 1700. Let my bladder get nice and full, drove 15 minutes, ***got here at 1145*** only to find a locked door and a sign indicating they shut down for lunch at and will be closed until 1300. That would have been nice information to convey beforehand. Oh, and they stop doing DOT drug tests at 1500. 2 star reduction for poor communication! They made the process quick, easy, and stress-free while answering any questions I had.
