The more I've learned about the company and staff I understand that they are working on new ways of handling concerns. The management I've met seem aware of issues and are striving to resolve them.

Placed an order for my wedding over a month in advance with the understanding that I'd pick up on Saturday since the wedding was on Sunday. Not only were they closed on Saturday, I left 3 messages for the "On-Call" emergency number and never got a call back. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Ended up going to Meijers and getting what I needed for $100 less than their price.
