Unimpressive and overpriced service. We consistently run out of things while sticking to our normal usage amount. Customer service has been impossible to reach time and time again. And the pricing structure is higher than others. Read the fine print in the contracts as they are designed to hurt your restaurant.

Although they have been short staffed, post covid; Karen Hill our support center manager tries her best to make sure our needs are met.
The more I've learned about the company and staff I understand that they are working on new ways of handling concerns. The management I've met seem aware of issues and are striving to resolve them.
