My husband and I have been Customers with Universal Insurance for over 10 years. Recently, I requested new policy quote for auto policies. Several e-mails going back and forth. Left a message to call for Karen to discuss the policy quote to make sure we were receiving an accurate quote. It's been a month no return phone call to my messages I left for Karen and no response to my last e-mail to both Karen and Kelsey. Very disheartening you have to work so hard just to try to get an accurate quote.
