I would avoid if possible. Tried getting basic information, had to get a call back. Then when I get the call back, the young lady starts giving me the info (rapidly) then when I ask to repeat, she hangs up. If this is how they treat non customers, I don’t want to know how customers are treated.
Unfortunately this insurance is working very poorly. I have my business insurance with them but I am having too many Problems, I ask them for something, they never answer and when they do, they send the documents with the wrong information and I have been asking for the same document many times, they fix one and give me the wrong one. I think it is better that you not think about wanting to work with them and you save a lot. headaches
