Josh is extremely professional and provides top notch service at an economical/affordable price. He looks for ways to prolong the life of our equipment instead of just replacing. In other words he never upsells. We have utmost confidence in this Company and will continue to use their services for years to come.
Josh was kind, honest and helpful. It took a few days to get the appointment finalized because he was very busy and it’s alright since the weather was cool enough to function with fans on in the home. The communication was great and I highly recommend Universal HVAC.
