So far everything I made a claim for I was told no we will not pay for that. The most recent problem I have with my house is a leaky shower drain and was told that they would not cover for replacing the dry wall that has to be removed to gain access to the pipe, was told that the cost to replace the dry wall was on me, and also was told this company would only cover a certain amount and that I would have to pay over $1200 to the plumber after I paid $100 to have them come out, oh and the plumbing company was told to have the... read more
I have had UHP for 3 years and needed to file probably 5-7 claims. I have never had any issues and receive quick and quality service.
UHP came with the purchase of our first home. We filed a claim for our water softener that went out and it was replaced within a day after submitting the claim. Super reliable, convenient and quick!
Overall have had UHP for just under two years and it has been worth the investment. Good customer service and have been impressed with the vendors doing the repairs.
A couple of days before the extreme cold came through our blower motor went out on our furnace. UHP made things very easy and set me up with a company to get us heat and fix our furnace. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience.
