Sanders family here. These are hands down the best and fastest response and affordable company you can get. We lost heat with 10 degree weather and as a family of 5 it’s horrible. Every place quoted us a week, called these guys and with ONE day they were out by the second day we had heat with a new furnace installed… showed up exactly when scheduled had working heat within 4 hours. I was in the hospital when my furnace quit. Craig, and Logan Rhodes were very professional and very efficient! They had my new furnace installed 2 days later. It looks and works great! Great job Universal heating and cooling! Good job Carnes as well!
