Karen is very uppity, not professioal and provides the worst service I've experienced. Of course you don't write a bad review unless something bad happend. What a disgrace that UPMC for Life uses her as a provider. She doesn't know how to give a proper fit and sells you what she makes the most money on. She wouldn't be bothered with returning the hearing aids, even though insurance allows it. Again, she's a total disgrace to the industry in hearing and in service.

My experience there was gr8 although I am not happy about having 2 wear hearing aids Karen made me feel comfortable & walked me thru the process. I highly recommend them
Absolutely fantastic! Linda was the knowledgeable and very effective with selecting my hearing aids. She is kind and very welcoming which help ease the process of such a person issue of getting hearing aids. I'm very happy!
