I ask if my refill is ready , they say it it. Once I get to the pharmacy it's never there. I only visit them every 3 months and they never can get that right. It's a inconvenience every time. I schedule a day I never get seen on my day because the refill wasn't at the pharmacy so now I have to wait a whole day after putting what I had to do back.
