Great atmosphere and quality instruction. If you're looking for grappling, martial arts, and self-defense, you won't find a better value. Great kids programs as well as programs for teens, adults, and competition.

My son has been going to this gym for almost 2 years and it has been the best thing ever. It has helped him excel at other sports, stay more focused in school and helped him become a more dedicated and focused young man. He has competed in several tournaments and has been very successful thanks to the wonderful coaching of Tyson Johnson. I recommend this program to all parents whether they are looking for their child to compete or just get off the electronics and get in shape.

Best grappling gym there is. Love how they cater to all ages and are so inclusive. My brother has flourished since joining this gym. The coach is amazing and a great teacher. Definitely recommend this place for people of all ages.

I signed a 1 year contract. I double checked with the owner and let him know I will not be renewing my membership. He said no problem, tell me why he tried to illegally renew my membership at the gym after 1 year and charge My account again. I'm contacting my bank and filing a complaint. I'm also contacting BBB and reporting this mess. I thought he was a good guy until it came time to cancel our membership. Avoid this place! There are better grappling gyms that won't cheat you!

We have been going here for 7 months now. My 6 year old loves it! He is focused, his skill is improving, and he is confident on the mat. Coach Tyson is great with the kids, even my 2- year old loves him! The kids can come in 30 mins early and/or stay 30 mins late 4 days during the week + occasional weekend access. We are so happy we found this place!
