My grandmother has used this insurance company for years. However, she now has dementia and has not driven for two years. While trying to take over all her financials. We have tried to cancel her car insurance. This insurance has done nothing but give us a hard time because they wanted to talk to my grandmother. We explained the situation that grandmother still believes she can drive even though she no longer owns the car they insure. Exceptional service from my insurance agent! They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to find the best coverage for my needs. I highly recommend their expertise and personalized approach.
My mom has dementia and this company CONTINUES to bill her and take her money. She doesn't even OWN a can any longer. Shady practices... i have written letters, called and really would never recommend them to anyone. They are not responsive and at this point financially abusive to the elderly.
