fast and efficient Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. always nice They Were always super great, and helpful. They are always willing to respond to any issues. They probably lost money on all the gas they had to spend coming out here to fix that wire problem so many times. We only had to pay the first time they came out, after that it was on then!

great customer service A couple of weeks ago, we needed service on our garage door. The technician who came was very professional. We were very pleased with his manner and his competence. I hope that we will not require service on our garage door anytime, soon, but if we do, we hope that you send him again :)
highly recommend The other day my garage door was acting up. It would open on its own and I had a hard time closing it. I call around a few places and it seemed like no one cared to help me. When I called this around, this dispatcher was super friendly and helpful. Once the employee arrived at my home, he didn't take his time, NOR did he rush through his work. He was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had asked. He was clean cut gentleman who knew what he was doing and I liked that. I do recommend them.
Great customer service I had a very limited time frame to have tech meet me at my house yesterday. Not only was he on time, but he also completed the job in 30 minutes. Excellent service, great guy . . . would recommend to everyone! Thanks a ton ! ! !
Universal Garage Doors I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots.
