Transparent, professional, and patient. I service both my vehicles here, mostly because of their work, but also because they play Top Gear in the waiting room and I love how clean their shop is. You can’t go wrong here.

The staff here go above and beyond! Service is fast, it's quality, and they don't replace things that don't need to be replaced. Universal Garage was recommended to me by a dealership out of town and they were right. They answer any questions I have, and they are more than willing to explain any repairs. I used to go to a friend's father (retired mechanic) for work on my car, and Universal is like the Kingston version of going to see him. Stellar customer service.
