I had a deeply unsettling and unprofessional experience with this podiatrist. I came in to address a history of cellulitis in my feet. Instead of offering a clear medical opinion or explaining what he was doing, the doctor completely shut down and refused to answer my direct questions about my condition, telling me only that we would 'wait for the lab work.'While silent, he proceeded to clip only two of my toenails. Everything went well, I arrived at 10:30 ish, it was after 1 before I was seen. Because the foot Dr works alone.
Dr. Ndem has earned my respect as a podiatric specialist. He showed me that he had a "listening" disposition to my ailment. After visiting another podiatric specialist in a Midtown location, I was sent away with the aggravating corn on my small left toe UNTOUCHED. Dr. Ndem removed the corn with minimal effort. I appreciate the caring and polite staff at the Warm Springs Rd. location.
