Remodeling my kitchen and re-tiling the house was something that I have wanted to do since we purchased our home 3 years ago. I was very hesitant, but I am glad I finally did it! Rolando was there every step of the way, always answered my texts/calls, and advocated for me on numerous occasions. Rolando and his team are hard working people. He goes the extra mile to ensure that he uses good quality products on the floor. He will inspect the product and will return it if it is defected. He will take the time to inspect the product one by one if needed to ensure it is in top condition before delivering it to the job site. He is well knowledge on installing floors. Universal installed the tile flooring in my new house. Great work and Rolando was always available via phone during the process. Definitely recommend!
