Nor the owner of Universal Flooring, and his best installer Steve, don't know what the word professional means. Terrible job on 3 rooms of hardwood floor. Nor illegally charged my Credit Card $1500 without my consent ( my credit card company withdraw the funds out of his bank after I filed complaint. Filed another complaint with BBB , he wouldn't even answer thier investigation, after repeated attempts to contact him. I have proof of illegal credit card transaction and BBB letter.
