Nice small gym friendly members great staff
One of the best gyms I have ever trained at. The place and people are very welcoming. The equipment is well maintained with plenty of space even during peak hours. They keep everything clean and make sure the members feel welcome.
Best gym in Connecticut. Old school feel with modern equipment. Amazing owners.
