Husband & I went in on a Sat. just to check the place out and I will tell you Universal Fitness definitely lives up to its excellent reputation on ALL points of the scale . They really took the time to listen to our goals and point us in the right direction to achieving them . Shaun Moore put together an excellent meal plan & the right trainers for us .
