I contracted Universal Fence Inc. to replace broken by wind post, on my fence which they installed about 8 years ago. The price they charged me for this repair was reasonable, but they didn't properly anchor this new post and it's unstable. After having this repair inspected, I contacted Universal Fence Inc and left voice message asking them to call me back and discuss this repair. After not getting call back for over a week, I called back and left few more messages in course of 4 weeks and up until now never got called back... read more
We purchased a vinyl fence through Lowes and it was subsequently installed by Universal Fence. We were not happy with aspects of the installation and how the 2x4 posts used to attach the gates were so prominently visible and awful. We reported our complaint to both Lowes and Universal Fence and were assured by Universal Fence's employee, Pearl, that she would investigate and call us back. We never heard another word.
