I should’ve listened to the reviews! I called on a Monday to request a quote and never got contacted back until the next week. I even told the owner I thought he forgot about me.! Instead of calling me back he called me back while standing outside my gate! I asked for an estimate on two gates, One to paint and update and the other one to replace! My wife. And I bought a home ...three and a half weeks ago here in sun city arizona.... A month before, I had contacted universal fence.And gates.. I had spoken with tom... He gave me different versions of fences and pricing.... They just completed a fence around the property...That's over ten thousand square feet.... Tom and his assistant bryce did a five star job.... Beware! Tommy MacDonald 0wner of Universal Fence & Gate. APS sued them and won a settlement against them $16k for hitting power lines while installing residential fence. They did not call 811 Blue Stake before digging. My fence is not straight, falling down and gate charged for never installed. This company will not answer/return phones calls untill your out of warranty.Then they will try to charge you again for work not done, or incorrectly the first time. First quote $5k but paid $9k. Senior Citizens especially beware.
Tom was a great professional and a great person to work with. He produced a fantastic product that we are thrilled with. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
