Beware! Tommy MacDonald 0wner of Universal Fence & Gate. APS sued them and won a settlement against them $16k for hitting power lines while installing residential fence. They did not call 811 Blue Stake before digging. My fence is not straight, falling down and gate charged for never installed. This company will not answer/return phones calls untill your out of warranty.Then they will try to charge you again for work not done, or incorrectly the first time. First quote $5k but paid $9k. Senior Citizens especially beware.

Tom was a great professional and a great person to work with. He produced a fantastic product that we are thrilled with. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Scammers. They will charge you ten grand for a garbage fence made of cheap wood that falls apart after a year, and get you to write them an extra check because “the first one didn’t work” and then cash both of them. Had to fight to get that money back. Do NOT hire this crook.

I have contacted Tom numerous times. He has promised everytime to fix the following but never does. Tom put in a wrought iron and cinder block fence on top of a patio he contracted. 1) a 3 week project took 5 months. 2) the drainage in the cinder block over the patio is horribly inadequate. 3) there is no slope on the patio so it floods. 4) cap stones have fallen off due to lack of mortar. 5) when he removed the old cinder block he damage the boards of my house.
