They chipped my tooth... I came here to get a cleaning and x rays I think around late November. During the cleaning, something fell off my tooth, which I assumed to be plaque. After the cleaning was done, I rubbed my tongue over my teeth. I notified the assistant that the back of my tooth was rough and that I thought he may have missed a spot or something.
