I ordered a soil test for a new property. Paid $3800 for a report that I had to hunt down on the last day. Due to a contingent contract on a property. I finally got a verbal of report but had to wait on mailed copy prior to them receiving payment. Which was paid the day they gave me verbal. They mailed the report and I asked for an electronic copy which they said they would need to send me a new purchase order for payment for an electronic copy. What a joke... Working for this company has been a wonderful experience for the past two months. The management is patient caring and able communicate in constructive and respectful ways. The staff is very inviting and friendly, every person that I've worked with or staff that has been recently hired has matched the vision of the team perfectly.
