These people are shady as hell! They charged me $111 to book my appointment and the day before the service called and said it would be an additional $134 to come out. They didn't at all make aware of the additional fee when I booked, so it caught me completely by surprise. That's something they should have let me know up front but I see why they didn't because they're a 3rd party company who gives these appointments to other companies who actually do the work. Attention to Detail: It's the little things that count, and the electricians paid meticulous attention to detail throughout the service. They didn't just fix the immediate problem; they also ensured that everything was in perfect working order.
University technician was wonderful. The Choice warranty Customer service was awful. The technician and I were hung up on during the discussion in Customer Code. Not once but twice.
