The owner to this company is a clown, He put our well in, put in our tank, 1 year later one of the float switches went bad, so we had to shut the well down as the water was running constantly and would not shut off. Called several times left several messages, finally 1 day later he said he would have his son contact us, we asked when that would be as we could not use the well and had no water he said in a few days, Didn't even try to explain what could be the issue nothing just hung up. Don’t waste your time with this guy. Gives you a vague timeframe when he can come out and drill then doesn’t even bother showing up.

Allow yourself about a year and a half to get a well drilled. I have been waiting over a year and was recently told it will be 3 or 4 more months. Doug Roberts the owner seems very nice and doing the best he can. I will update with a photograph. Updated May 10 2022. Still hasn't happened yet. I've been waiting one year and seven months.
