Do not answer phones or return calls. When able to get in touch with someone, I mean going in to the office, was given misinformation and stalled. Still unable to get Cpap supplies as a document has not be completed and faxed to supplier, wait time four months. Paying for oxygen as copy of study not sent to supplier, despite double insurance coverage.
