The management is awful. Oh wait does anyone even "manage" this place?? The maintenance men are very limited on what they are allowed to do, example while painting the fence they were told not to scrape off the old paint and to just paint the front and back of the boards... needless to say the job looked awful when done. The condo behind ours had mice that had babies in it. We shared a bedroom wall and thankfully we never got the little critters. I know because the lady that lived their told me. Aweful company! Do not work here unless you want to be a slave! You are expected to perform duties that they will never do. They offer a bonus program but they don't pay out!
