Good solid dentists under Universal Dental Plan. – I go for regular dental prodecures (which, I can now receive a discount on) and have had a few crowns put on after molars with very old fillings finally broke. I've been very pleased with the thoroughness of the dental hygienists who've done the cleanings, and the dentists who are a part of Universal Dental Plan The work on the crowns seems to have been fine, and I've had no problems with them after they were put on. The office staff is friendly, and actually remembers my name when I come in, which isn't all that often! They seem to be very willing to work with you to get things covered with Universal Dental Plan , if you have it. And they don't push procedures you don't need! They just seem to do good, solid dentistry!

Your money's worth – If you wanted to get the best Dental Plan in Boston, I would suggest that you go for Universal Dental because they not offer only something that is affordable but they give you your money's worth.

Friendly Staff – My appointment with Universal Dental Plan was good I was satisfied with the services that I received. All of the staff were friendly and me feel comfortable my doctor was thorough and explained everything for me. I would highly recommend their service to my friends.

I find the entire process of filing claims and forms, time consuming and stressful! What I love about Universal Dental is that you have none of this. If you have a procedure done, you know what you're going to pay up front - without wondering if your Insurance Company will cover it. Typically, the savings are substantial... Most recently I had a new crown put in - before the Dentist remembered that I was with Universal Dental, they quoted me a price of $1500...because I had UDP however, the reduced price was around $800. I was happy to remind them that I was with UDP. Anyway, it's a good deal - I'd recommend it to anyone!

I had the best experience ever dealing with UDP staff! I had a problem with my Aspen dental office because they were not giving me UDP discount. I called UDP office and talked to their employee Doreen DeMarco, who offered to call Aspen and explain them UDP benefits. I got a call from Doreen the next day stating that my account was audited and that instead of $1000 I owe Aspen dental $276!!! UDP has a great, caring staff, who actually likes helping people.

Universal Dental Plan is the perfect match for me as a grad student who doesn't have dental insurance but do care about my teeth. As a member, I only pay $10 a month and picked a dentist on its network who has agreed to the predetermined and discounted rates on everything! When I went for the first time to Dr. Natalya Vaksler at One International Place, the receptionist even commented on my savings! I paid $90 for an exam that before my discount was $251!! My bill literally reads "Comp evaluation-new patient (exam)- $86; Bitewings - four films (x-rays)- $70; prophylaxis - adult (cleaning)- $95...TOTAL: $251- SUBTRACT UDP DISCOUNTof $160...balance = $90"!! It's definitely a great way to save money instead of having to pay out-of-pocket for visits!!
