I couldn’t be more disgusted with a dental office if I could be. This dental office from front with condescending receptionist at the desk to the quality of dentists IS NOT WORTH ANYONES TIME OR MONEY. I have suffer from severe anxiety & ptsd. I was in extreme pain and never efficiently medicated ( I had GI bleeding due to being in pain for so long that I took so much ibuprofen I cause lesions in my stomach ) I was told to call my GI doctor to get meds from them, and when I told them GI had nothing to do with them they still... read more
Very rude front desk.
I really was pleased with this office. They went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. The receptionists and doctors/nurses are absolutely amazing. I was in so much pain and they did all that they could and they made sure I got an emergency appointment to the oral surgeon in less than 2 days who was overbooked for months. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have been able to get my tooth removed and relieve the awful pain it was causing cause I could not find an oral surgeon who would take me in my time of need. This is one of the worst dental offices in Elmont. The office staff from the manager of the office to the receptionist, dentist are unprofessional, unhelpful, disrespectful, provides poor customer service experience. They have zero respect for their patients who goes to this office. I came to this office in April of 2023 and submitted all my x-ray and paperwork and insurance information just to find out they lost and never save anything.
