Fantastic experience. Roy and Dan were professional, fast, responsive, and most importantly fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of body work.
Roy was easy to work with, quick to communicate, and was able to provide me a fair quote for the work I wanted. Where other shops wanted to do a lot more work and were not flexible, Roy listened and was able to provide a solution. Also, it was a fast turnaround. I would highly recommend.
I was at work and my car got hit in the parking lot. It left a pretty good dent in my driver rear panel.. I got in contact with the guy whose employees hit my car and he recommended I take my car to Roy to have it fixed. I have never been in any accidents and have never had to get my car fixed, but Roy and Daniel were real nice and made it easy. I left my car with them and they got to work. This shop was recommended to me by my brother, Mike Murillo-whose suggestions I will always take over anyone else’s-because if he says they are good-they are GOOD! Well, he was right. This father/son duo is fantastic! They fixed my friend’s car extremely fast and it looks amazing. They communicate very well, finished faster than they originally estimated and their prices are UNBEATABLE, I went to 3 other spots and those estimates were almost 3x as much. Universal Body and Paint has a customer for life now.
This was a great shop, with even better results! I can’t thank this business enough for fixing my door dings and paint scratches. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work!
