I found Charlie about 6 years ago at our business. Our Commercial system went down and we had gotten 3 bids for $10-15,000 for the replacement. That’s when we called Charlie. He spent about 30 minutes looking at the system. Confirmed there was no way to save it, but let us know we still had a few months on the manufactures warranty.
