Crashed into my vehicle and then failed to respond to any communication from insurance company.
Driver lost a huge piece of wood on highway 410 North due to not properly securing it to the vehicle, the wood shattered on the highway and proceeded to hit several cars. The driver kept driving despite the damage to other vehicles. If a contractor can’t assemble a piece of wood to a vehicle I would not trust them for anything more complex.
Get the muffler on your Van fixed or at least don’t sit outside of peoples apartments with it running. Sat with it running for 2 hours today.
Worst service I've ever had in my life! I've yet to find a resolution on a repair that they created with my original roof install. I cant even get a call back or a response. What bunch of crooks!
We had a great experience getting our new roof and gutters installed through Universal Contracting inc. Their employee, Tom Bolfing, was nice and professional, he came out to our house fore initial meeting, took all the necessary measurements/photos of the project, he asked for a copy of our insurance claim to ensure his bid was in-line with USAA.
