Get the muffler on your Van fixed or at least don’t sit outside of peoples apartments with it running. Sat with it running for 2 hours today.

Worst service I've ever had in my life! I've yet to find a resolution on a repair that they created with my original roof install. I cant even get a call back or a response. What bunch of crooks!

We had a great experience getting our new roof and gutters installed through Universal Contracting inc. Their employee, Tom Bolfing, was nice and professional, he came out to our house fore initial meeting, took all the necessary measurements/photos of the project, he asked for a copy of our insurance claim to ensure his bid was in-line with USAA. Universal Contracting did an amazing job with my home! I own a solar Installation company called Simplified Solar that services Central Texas. That being said I know my way around a roof and was I extremely concerned with who replaced my tiles. Seth one of their very knowledgable team members came to my home and reviewed my insurance paper work and inspected my roof.
