Tif no stars were an option that's what they would get. This company is completely unprofessional. Took 8 months for them to replace a fridge their construction damaged and they gaskit me about it saging there was no proof when they had the survey report the whole time.No one abides to health a d safety rules. They do not work with the community, are running late on completion and start work before the designated hours. It's a Sunday morning and they have a generator going at 6.30am!
Construction was completed across the road from our house. A survey was done before it started to inspect our newly built home. Once construction was completed it took months for someone to just respond to my email. Universal kept referring me to encompass but they were even more useless at responding. The construction affected our property, and it got worse over time. And now they are just ignoring my emails.
