I became personally acquainted with an owner of Universal when our association had the good fortune of negotiating a fair and honest contract with Universal. Not only is the owner one of the most honest upstanding businessmen I have ever been acquainted with, he has the patience of a saint. He attended three association meetings and answered owners’ questions, no matter how many times the same questions were asked. This business honors their word, no matter what it takes. I wish I could give ten stars.
