Sold me a phone that was opened and apparently rebuilt and when a known issue went out on the logic board, after only six months I was told nothing was covered on my phone and apple wont fix it because it was "tampered with" Now I am out 460 bucks with no phone....!!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE
Brought my son's Iphone 8 in to get the lcd screen fixed. Was told it would be ready the next day.. Two days later i go pick it up.. Less then 30 days later it messes up again.. i take it to another place to have it fixed and they tell me it wasn't fixed the first time.. That all universal communications did was charge me $140+tax to hard restart the phone for 2 day... the other place was cheaper has warranty were so much more nicer and helpful and had it ready in less then 10 minutes
