Excellent company! They installed a new HVAC system at a very reasonable price. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every question I had. I highly recommend this company if you dont want the run around or added cost that is not needed. 10 stars if I could.
I had a new HVAC installed last year by this company. Tried calling them when it stopped working this year and found out the new HVAC system was never wired up correctly. There were two wire in the outside unit never plugged in and in the inside unit it was a mess. My HVAC system is supposed to be a 2 stage system and it was wired for single stage and they never even wired in the drain pan sensor it was just sitting in the drain pan not even hooked up to the unit. I got my home inspection with Universal Climate Systems and they cleared the inspection as all good for the AC unit. Keep in mind the inspection lasted about 30 minutes. Less than 2 weeks after the inspection (after moving in) the AC thermostat starts reflecting inaccurate tempetures. I tried to get in contact with Universal Climate Systems and left multiple voice messages, no answer. By the end of the month we got a 500 dollar electricity bill.
