I got my home inspection with Universal Climate Systems and they cleared the inspection as all good for the AC unit. Keep in mind the inspection lasted about 30 minutes. Less than 2 weeks after the inspection (after moving in) the AC thermostat starts reflecting inaccurate tempetures. George was super responsive and empathetic about our AC issues. Was able to dispatch Alonzo within an hour. Alonzo was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed us pictures of the issues he found with our system and gave us honest input on what we needed to do to keep our system running through the summer.
