Woke up this morning with the house being 80 degrees and climbing. We reach out and they were to our house and problem fixed by 945 this morning. Wonderful service and tech all the way around!!!

I appreciate Universal Climate Control . i am very sick and my AC was not cooling so I called on a Sunday to leave a voice mail for early Monday. The owner Josh surprisinly answered and i told him I was going to leave a message for Monday and he said he was going to send someone to fix it by 12:30 Sunday. The technician showed up and showed me we had put the batteries in wrong. He was extremely nice and I was so appreciative of the prompt service.
