We started using Universal Cleaning in Fall 2018 at the suggestion of a friend who described their work as "Sparkling". I would agree! They do a better job than anyone else I have found to clean. Their attention to detail is great. They even take apart the microwave, stove pieces and coffee maker and shine it all up! I always look forward to coming home to a clean house when they are here. Do yourself a favor. Don't waste time on other cleaning services. Hire Universal Cleaning!
I have had my home cleaned by Universal Cleaning for the past 12 years, and I must say it is nice to come home and see the attention to detail that has been given. My wood blinds and baseboards are dusted, my microwave is cleaned inside, and even my cabinets are wiped down! I love not seeing any fingerprints on my black granite countertops or refrigerator, but seeing my stove that sparkling is the best!! I always get consistently great service from Universal Cleaning. I have used them multiple times for both house cleaning and carpet cleaning over the last 10 years. They are always responsive and willing to accommodate our schedule. The crews are very thorough with no wasted time and they leave my house looking great.
Have used this company twice to clean our old house in Raleigh and both times they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.
Amazing service. I had my 4 rugs back in under a week, and they all looked brand new. I highly recommend them for local rug cleaning that is timely and professional.
