Great company with prompt response time.
Universal Cleaners deserves 0 stars. They routinely did not perform the services per the contract, and over the course of more than a year, I had to inspect and report a list of things left uncleaned on a regular basis. They made repeated promises to remedy it and have a supervisor check, yet the problems continued. Often entire areas they were contracted to be cleaned were not touched (kitchen was to be swept, mopped, wiped down and disinfected, and soap dispensers filed).
