I was seeking a Local family practice. But after speaking on 2 different occasions to the reps that answer the phone I will unfortunately not be choosing this practice. To me customer service is all. I have heard great things about Dr. naik but I also expect great customer service from the staff and I have not had that experience what so ever. Unfortunately that have lost a new patient will look else where that has great phone customer service/skills.
Dr. Patel is outstanding and I absolutely love his approach to healthcare and his patients. Highly recommended!
Every time I come I wait an entire HOUR-30 minutes in waiting area and 30 minutes in room-to see the doctor for 10 whole minutes. It's so ridiculous!!!! They should do a better job scheduling. Today my appointment was at 10:30 and I still haven't seen the doctor- it's 12:08.
Dr. Naik is a superb diagnostician. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Naik has always been helpful and informative when it comes to ways of improving my health without prescribed meds. The build is old and outdated but I'm sure it beats the overhead cost of a new building! And the staff has only been good to me so there's my two cents.
Some people cannot be pleased. The office staff have been great, I am the pain and they treat me and my wife great. The Dr has taken great care of us over the years. Who cares if the building is old lolHey baby boy, how are you holding up? Lou
