Did not show up numerous times to scheduled jobs. Arrived late to many more. Poor quality of carpet padding even though asked for upgraded padding. When called to resolve issue, both managers I spoke with yelled and argued with me regarding our complaint. Offered to have them out to show problem but were uninterested. Threatened us with contract issues when wanted to discontinue job.
